Monitoring labour rights : a resource manual for NGOs

This manual describes the contents of labour rights under international law and how NGOs can use it to defend and promote labour rights, providing several examples of best practices. Separate chapters are devoted to monitoring: the freedom of association; wages and benefits; hours of work and overtime; discrimination, harassment, and discipline at work; child labour and forced labour.
