TYPES OF LANGUAGE USED IN COURT

The purpose of this list is to select which possibilities the victim had with regard to the use of language during a trial.

This list has been developed by HURIDOCS.

This is a short list with one level, as described in Rule No. 1 in the Introduction.

This Micro-thesaurus is used for field 3117 Type of Language in the Details: Arrest, Detention or Legal Proceedings format.
