Sommaire en français L’inscription pour la Conférence Internationale sur
"Citoyenneté en Europe étendue : contribution des droits économiques,
sociaux et culturels ", qui aura lieu à Lisbonne du 10 à 12 avril, est déjà
ouvert. L'objectif de cette Conférence consiste à identifier le contenu de
certains droits économiques, sociaux et culturels, ainsi que les dimensions,
les implications et les obstacles de son application effective. Ceci avec le
but de proposer certaines bonnes solutions et pratiques qui permettent de
susperar les difficultés de la mise en œuvre de ces droits.
Resumen en español Los El periodo de inscripción para la Conferencia
Internacional sobre "Ciudadanía en una Europa ampliada: contribución de los
derechos económicos, sociales y culturales", que tendrá lugar en Lisboa los
días 10, 11 y 12 de abril, ya está abierto El objetivo de esta Conferencia
consiste en identificar el contenido de algunos derechos económicos sociales
y culturales, así como las dimensiones, las implicaciones y los obstáculos
de su aplicación efectiva, con el fin de proponer ciertas soluciones y
buenas prácticas que permitan suspirar las dificultades de la implementación
de estos derechos.

The conference aims at involving Civil Society organizations in the
promotion and realization of ESCR, supporting them in a better understanding
and use of the mechanisms and tools which already exist at a national,
regional and international level, for their operalisation.
Therefore, to achieve this goal we intend to:
* Acknowledge the content of some economic, social and cultural rights
* Identify their content, their full dimensions, their implications,
and the obstacles to their effective application and realization.
* Point out some solutions and good practices to overcome the
difficulties and ensure the implementations of the rights.
