Information for Social Change is an activist organisation that examines issues of censorship, freedom and ethics amongst library and information workers. It is committed to promoting alternatives to the dominant paradigms of library and information work and publishes its own online journal, Information for Social Change - available at http://libr.org/isc. Information for Social Change Number 25 has just been published. It is a special issue on Libraries and Information in Conflict Situations,, edited by Martyn Lowe and Toni Samek.
