Dear colleagues, partners, friends, The ODIHR's Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Programme was pleased to launch its new website TANDIS (Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Information System) during the 2006 Human Dimension Implementation Meeting in Warsaw. Since the launch, the Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Programme has worked on further improvements to the website in order to ensure that it is a useful tool for governments, practioners, inter-governmental organisations and civil society. Recently a new Data collection corner was developed with tools and guides as well as other information concerning hate crime data collection. In connection with the OSCE High Level Conference in Bucharest which took place on 7-8 June this year, we launched a new Civil society corner with special information for civil society about OSCE conferences/meetings and how to participate in these. It is also now possible to view the latest documents that has been added to TANDIS, and additional efforts have been made to improve the search functionalities. In our efforts to continuously improve the TANDIS website, we would highly appreciate and value feedback from our users. While statistics from the website show that TANDIS is being used, it is important for us to know how the website is experienced in order for us to ensure that it is as user-friendly as possible and that it addresses the needs of users. We have therefore launched a user survey on TANDIS - please see http://tandis.odihr.pl. We would be very grateful if you could take a moment to send your feedback by completing the online form.
