Purposes
The
purpose of this Conference is to reflect upon how information about
human rights can be communicated more effectively by NGOs to
institutions such as the Human Rights Council (HRC) and its Universal Periodic Review (UPR) and to the International Criminal Court (ICC).

- HURIDOCS General Assembly on morning after conference

communication of information on human rights and human rights
violations, as well as human rights advocates.
