The European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation (EIUC), centre of excellence in human rights education, is pleased to announce three distinct programmes that will take place this year

a. European Master Programme in Human Rights and Democratisation (E.MA) 2010/2011

One year master programme with 41 participating European universities.
Deadline for applications: 19 March 2010.

b. Venice School of Human Rights

10 days summer programme for postgraduate students.
Deadline for applications: 17 May 2010.

c. Venice Academy of Human Rights

Intensive one week programme for academics, practitioners and Ph.D./J.S.D. students.
With, inter alia, Judge Theodor Meron (President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia), Giorgio Sacerdoti (Former Member of the WTO Appellate Body) and Amartya Sen (Nobel Prize Laureate in Economics).
